We're so pleased you're coming!
What should I do before I arrive?
So, you've booked your dog's pamper session, and now you're wondering what you need to do in preparation.

Please have a read through our Terms & Conditions. We can give you a copy to sign when you arrive. This is an agreement between owner and groomer. They can be found below.
Give your dog a comb through if possible, as this will limit the amount of time your pet is standing for. If that's not possible, have a feel of your pet whilst they are relaxed to identify any areas that may have knots or matting. It would be great if you could let us know.
Don't feed your dog 1 hour before their groom, but do give them any medication they may need.
Make sure they've had plenty of opportunity to toilet before they arrive.
Write a list of things we may need to know about your dog. Medication, veterinary treatment they've had in the past, when their last vaccinations were, their behavioural tendencies and what grooming routine you have at home. Feel free to bring along any grooming equipment you have at home, as this can help us advise you on how to care for your pet's coat in between grooms.
What to expect when you arrive
When you arrive, please be considerate if I'm still with another client. Unfortunately working with live animals, things take time and we cannot always predict timings. We will always endeavour to serve you as soon as we can.
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early, please wait patiently, we will start your dog's appointment earlier if we can. If you are running late, please let us know you're still coming, as we can only hold appointments for 15 minutes.
We'll ask you to read our Terms & Conditions and sign. If you can read them before you arrive, this will speed up the initial consultation. There is also a Customer Form to fill out which gives us important information. So please allow time for this.
We're looking forward to meeting you and your dog! We will ask lots of questions to make your dog's experience the best it can be and to ensure you're both happy with the end result.
Collecting your dog
Great! Your dog is smelling beautiful and is ready to be collected. We will usually send you a text message around 15 minutes before they are ready to give you time to make your way. If you need more time than this, that's fine! Just let us know when you drop off.
We'll let you know how it went and if there is anything you should know about which wasn't mentioned to us.
Make payment via cash or card. Then, take your furry friend (or, a little less furry now), home for a nap. It's been a busy day...
We may be adding the final touches, and we're sure your pet will be over the moon to see you. So if you can see if we are still working on your pet, please wait outside until your dog is taken off of the grooming table. Then they can give you a proper greeting!
